Indira Awas Yojana – the objective of the programme is to provide financial assistance for construction/ upgradation of houses to BPL rural households belonging to the SC/ST, free bonded labourers non SC/ST rural households etc. the scheme is funded on a cost sharing basis of 75:25 between the centre and the states.
