Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Fund (Agricultural Infrastructure and Credit Fund)- introduced in the interim budget 2004-05, to provide credit support to infrastructure facilities for the agricultural sector. NABARD will administer Rs. 50000 crore funds and the lending rate for the scheme is 2 percent below the PLR.
